You will receive a confirmation email from Southend Providence when your transaction has been completed.
You will receive a hard copy of your agreement via local courier, which you can keep as proof of your purchase. If you prefer, we can also send it to an alternate address or platform.
Once this process is complete, we will send an email with a link to access our procurement portal where you can view and download the digital version of the agreement.

We have a strict no-refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where the buyer has changed their mind, or the item has been damaged or altered. We strongly recommend that buyers carefully inspect the item upon receiving. We will also make an exception to this policy in the case of a manufacture defect. Hence, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item that has been damaged after delivery.
Of course, most of our products that we designated as out of stock have already been scheduled for restock, if you urgently need the product to arrive you can contact our sales officer to hasten the stock schedule
The option of delivery method will depend on the type of product you are ordering and the distance you are ordering it from.
If you are ordering smaller items, our logistic department will deliver them to your address. If you are ordering larger items, we may use local couriers to deliver them to your address. If you are ordering large quantities of products, we may use our third party logistics company to deliver them to your location.
