DELIVERY PROCESS
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping Cost will be included to our formal quotations, however some quotations will have free delivery offer.
- Specify any conditions for free shipping (e.g., minimum order amount).
- Shipping Methods:

- Delivery Timeframes:
- Some deliveries may take a few days depending on your location.
- Processing Time:
- Some products requires time before they can be processed to deliver such as metal fabrications and custom made products.
- If there are any delays, inform customers in advance.
- Returns and Refunds:
- We have a strict no-refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where the buyer has changed their mind, or the item has been damaged or altered. We strongly recommend that buyers carefully inspect the item upon receiving.
- We will also make an exception to this policy in the case of a manufacture defect. Hence, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item that has been damaged after delivery.
